Contrasting - 2

I'm hiring a new English instructor for my school. After reading the two resumes from Lynn Whitenall and Debra Fines, I think I would choose the latter, and there are some reasons below. First, Debra has more education than Lynn. The former has three educations, while the latter has only one. Additionally, Lynn doesn't  have much employment experience, her experience has only three times. In contrast, Debra's experience is so rich that she has five times. Finally, although Lynn can speak three different languages, which is more than the other's one language only, it is not a problem for me to choose Debra. Because I just want to hire a English instructor. For the points above, I think Debra is the perfect teacher I will choose.
